New immigrants from France arrive at Ben Gurion International Airport in central Israel on June 25, 2025.

A flight carrying approximately 110 new immigrants (“olim“) landed at Ben Gurion Airport on Wednesday, underscoring the continued immigration to Israel even amidst ongoing regional tensions with Iran.

Most of the new arrivals on the flight from Paris originated from various parts of France. However, the group also included individuals and families from other European nations such as Britain, Spain, and the Netherlands.

Among the immigrants were young families with small children, as well as young adults who made the journey alone.

Several of the young adult olim have expressed intentions to enlist in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) as “lone soldiers”.

Later this summer, a full Nefesh B’Nefesh (NBN) aliyah charter flight is expected to arrive in Israel from North America.

The first such flight since October 7, 2023, the plane is expected to bring more than 220 new immigrants from the US and Canada.
