The site appeared to be unreachable when JewishPress.com attempted to access it Thursday afternoon, indicating it may have already been taken down. However, Jews and Israelis at home and abroad are nevertheless warned to exercise caution when asked to provide personal information on any unfamiliar website.

“Dear Friends,
At this time, a website is being circulated that claims to help Jews staying abroad.

“The website collects information about Jewish and Israeli families who are abroad and invites people to “host Jews and Israelis.”

“It is very possible that this website is operated by hostile elements who want to locate Israeli and Jewish families and harm them!,” the letter warns. “Under no circumstances should you fill in personal details there!!

“Keep your distance and spread the word not to use this website – only use official channels of the Israeli government, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and embassies.”

Those who are concerned or facing an urgent or emergency situation are told to contact the Situation Room operated by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and staffed 24/7:
• Phone: ‪‪+972-2-5303155‬‬
• Fax: ‪‪+972-2-5303896‬‬
• Email: [email protected]

There have been multiple attempts to attack Jews and Israelis both in North America and in Europe in recent years; these efforts have intensified since the start of the Iron Swords War on October 7, 2023.
